The Zaragoza Bar Association celebrates the XXV Congress of Civil Liability and Insurance in the Aragonese capital.

What civil responsibility does a person have who, dissatisfied with a service, threatens another with negative comments on social networks? Can the money left by businesses forced to close due to the covid pandemic be claimed? And the money paid more in the purchase of a vehicle acquired from the car cartel? Zaragoza lawyers will deal with all these issues and others at the XXV Congress of Civil Liability and Insurance that will be held in the Aragonese capital from this Thursday until tomorrow.

The event will be attended by a hundred lawyers from different cities in Spain, scholars and practitioners of Law dedicated to judicial and extrajudicial matters related to this matter. Among the speakers at the congress are three magistrates of the Supreme Court who are Aragonese, Ignacio Sancho Gargallo, María Ángeles Parra Lucán and Juan Molins García-Atance, as explained by the lawyer Sagrario Valero Bielsa, president of the Civil Liability and Insurance section of the Bar Association.

The topics chosen for discussion have great social and legal significance, such as claims in the health field, loss of business profits, with special reference to the closure of establishments imposed by covid, civil liability in social networks and technological uses.
